TIG automatic internal welding machine

TIG automatic internal welding machine is specially designed for small-size and long-distance oil/gas pipeline welding, compared to MAG welding there is no splash so it allows to install a camera to remotely monitor the molten bath and welding quality in real time, which will help to check up on and find the welding defects and amend it.

In order to operate in small-size pipeline the TIG internal welding machine size is compact but it still has multi welding heads to improve the welding speed, the number of welding heads depends on the machine’s size, moreover, the heads on both sides can be independently controlled and simultaneously weld according to pre-setting procedure.
