Automatic internal welding machine (IW series) is a kind of root pass welding system integrated internal clamp with automatic multi welding heads. This machine is mainly used for internal welding of  long-distance oil/gas pipeline, which can make the

lower the rate of defects, increase the welding efficiency and induce the later inspection and maintenance cost.

The upgraded automatic welding system promotes the control of arc striking/quenching and the capability of through bending pipe ( up to 8° of cold-bending pipe), meanwhile increases the alignment expending force to fit the large-thickness pipe.
